Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes. COD is available on serviceable pincodes across India. We confirm every COD order by call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched in 1–3 business days and usually delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

What are the shipping charges?

Flat ₹49 below ₹999, and free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. VEETREE formulas are plant-led and cruelty-free, made in small batches.

Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?

Our formulas are designed to be gentle, but everyone’s skin is different. We recommend a patch test before first use, especially for sensitive skin.

How do I return or replace an item?
